Backyard Wedding Reception

Your grandmother is dancing with your college roommate. The cake is crooked. The best man's speech made everyone cry. Flower petals stuck to the bottom of your feet. Lightning bugs. Actual lightning bugs like the universe ordered them. This is the best day. You know it while it's happening, which almost never happens.”
